Cirqles is a location-aware social platform designed to bridge the gap between social distance and physical proximity. Users can create posts that are anchored to their current location, view only what’s happening nearby, and amplify content through a unique pinning system that allows users to expand a post’s reach in meaningful ways.

Unlike traditional social media, Cirqles emphasizes local discovery without sacrificing privacy. The app ensures that a user’s exact location is never shared, while still enabling geographically grounded interactions through:

  2200	Follow Users Follow users to see their posts, wherever they are.
  4500	Create Remote Pins Pin posts of following users which are not nearby. These pins will not increase the range of the post.
  7000	Star Posts Mark posts as favorites.
  10000	Range 6km Create posts with a range of 6 kilometers.
  15000	Sort By Reactions Sort posts by reactions.
  45000	Create Private Chats Create private chats with users via their profile page. Users can disable that in their privacy settings.
  65000	Range 8km Create posts with a range of 8 kilometers.
  270000	Range 10km Create posts with a range of 10 kilometers.
  380000	Vote Down Vote down posts, pins, comments and replies and thus decrease the reputation of the their creator. Downvotes on posts will decrease the user's reputation by 8, pins by 4, comments and replies by 6 points. If you downvote one of the above yourself, your reputation will be decreased by half of the corresponding points.

  Why can't I find Circles on the Android Play Store?	Cirqles is using Google's Play Integrity. Play Integrity protects apps and games from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized modifications. By verifying that interactions originate from genuine, untampered devices running official Google Play–distributed app builds, it enables detection of risky or compromised environments—such as rooted or emulator-based devices.   Why isn't Cirqles starting up?	If you have a network-wide ad blocker, such as Pi-hole, installed on your local network, it may prevent Cirqles from starting up. If so, observe your logs for URLs containing "Firebase", "Firebase Analytics" or "Firebase Crashlytics" and add them to your whitelist.
